What Is Foot Zoning?

Reflexology is like the tip of the iceberg. Foot Zoning works with the entire iceberg beneath the surface.

More Than Reflexology

Integrative Foot Zoning is rooted in traditional Foot Zoning and expanded through deeper training, education, and lived experience. It shares early roots with reflexology, but the two developed very differently — in depth, purpose, and application.

The work is based on the understanding that the feet reflect the entire body and its communication pathways. By working the tops, bottoms, and sides of the feet, the nervous system receives signals that support the body as a whole.

Every session includes a full zone, because the body functions as an interconnected system and should always be supported that way.

What Happens During a Session

Each Integrative Foot Zoning session includes both Zone Analysis and Zone Balancing.

Through gentle, intentional movements on the feet, I listen to what your body may be communicating and support clearer communication across systems. I work methodically through the full zone — tops, bottoms, and sides — so the entire body is supported.

As we move through the session, I may share patterns I'm noticing and offer gentle suggestions to support your body outside the room — lifestyle support, nourishment, nervous-system care, or simple daily practices.

What Makes My Work Different

[01]

Full-Zone, Whole-Body Care

Every session includes a complete foot zone. I do not isolate one area or symptom, because the body functions as an interconnected system and should always be supported as a whole.

[02]

Integrative, Not Formulaic

I follow the structure and integrity of traditional Foot Zoning while listening closely to how your body is communicating. Each session is guided by what your body needs, not a rigid routine.

[03]

Trained With Depth & Lineage

I trained through the Integrative Foot Zoning Certification developed by Amber Bodily, who studied directly under Katri Nordblom. This work is rooted in accuracy, education, and respect for the body's design.

[04]

Lived Experience Matters

I bring personal experience with complex, chronic health challenges into every session. I know what it feels like when the body no longer feels safe or predictable — and I meet you with patience, not urgency.

[05]

Listening, Not Fixing

My role is not to force change or chase symptoms. I listen to the body through the feet and support clearer communication, so the body can do what it already knows how to do.

[06]

Education You Can Trust

Throughout your session, I share what I'm noticing and offer gentle, practical support you can use outside the treatment room. This work is collaborative, educational, and empowering.

How You Might Feel After

Every body responds differently, but common experiences after a session include:

  • Deep relaxation or calm
  • Emotional release or lightness
  • Improved sleep
  • Clearer thinking
  • A greater sense of grounding

Some people feel more energized, others feel ready to rest. Both are normal and simply reflect how your body is processing at that time.

This work is not diagnostic or prescriptive. It is collaborative, educational, and supportive.

If you feel called to this work, you are welcome to book a session.

All sessions are booked online and include intake forms, so I can understand your history and support you more thoughtfully.
