You've got questions.

I've got answers.

You rest; I work the full zone with gentle, intentional movements along the tops, bottoms, and sides of your feet. Afterward, I share what your feet reported.

Reflexology is the tip of the iceberg. Foot Zoning works the entire iceberg beneath the surface.

Adult sessions are about 90 minutes; kids sessions about 60. Every session supports the entire body through a full zone.

For general support and maintenance, most people come every 4–6 weeks. When the body is under greater stress or working through long-term challenges, more frequent sessions can help for a period — at my sickest, I was zoned twice a month for about eight months, and healing unfolded steadily. There is no rigid schedule; the body leads.

The technique stays consistent, but every session feels different because your body is different each time. The goal is not a specific sensation — it is bringing your systems closer to balance.

Integrative Foot Zoning may be a good fit if any of these sound like you. You do not need everything figured out before booking — curiosity and openness are enough.

  • You feel something is “off” but can't fully explain it
  • You want to understand your body rather than fight it
  • You value education and whole-body support
  • You feel overwhelmed by quick fixes or surface-level answers
  • You want a calm, respectful, and thoughtful approach
